Firstly, apologies if this is in the wrong section. Bit new to this.
I was wondering if anyone could help me with this query.
The company I work for has 2 offices. Im based not in the head office, therefore all of our work is done on/across a server. Our emails have been set up within OWA, a copy email is then sent to our individual outlook within the server. My only problem is that the server runs slow and it takes for ever to attach documents etc.
Is there a way to download another copy email to the outlook within my personal desktop computer.
    Many thanks for your help.

You could setup outlook on one computer as:
Do Not Mark As Read when picking up emails from server
and other as mark emails as read when picking up from server
leave a copy on the server

But you will probably have to run the outlook expresses at same time (1 and then the other) or one will constantly pickup copy emails, not sure though, never tried it!
