    my down speed runs an average of 20kps however ive tested my down speed multiple times and ran an average of 4500kps -so what the hell is going on

    You are using a p2p program which means that you only download at the speed of the person you are getting the file from if they have a max of 15kbs upload speed thats all you will get. use mirc much better than all the shitty file share progs trust me...
