overclocking and low FPS

    1st. i have this MB asrock P4VM890 it says its good for overclocking but how do i do it? i am running windows xp pentium4 3.2, 1gb of ram and radeon x1950 pro graphics card.

    2nd. whilst playing a realy old game i'm only getting about 50fps!! i cant figure out why? i should get as much as 300, does anyone know why?
    its not the game as it doesn't require much (soldier of fortune 2 :D)

    1st: while booting up go into the bios, by pressing F2 or F12 or one of the others depending on the BIOS, then navigate into the OC'ing section. i'd highly suggest reading up on that before you do so since it can kill your computer

    2nd: there might be a cap to how many fps the game renders to save processing power or somthing.
