    Hi,
I am having troubles with my CPU AMD Athlon XP 2000+ It is stuck on 1.7GHZ and I need it above 2000. My freind tried to over clock it a while back, but only resulted in crashing... Any help would be appreciated.

1.7ghz is probably right for that xp 2000 cpu. amd does it differently so that that xp 2000 is equivalent to intel p4 2ghz but at a slower speed. might not be able to overclock cpu as bios might be locked. also reduce sig to 5 lines of text as per forum rules.
    1. Text-only signatures should have at most 5 lines of text.
