Im sorry if this question has already been answered but i couldnt find it anywhere. I Downloaded p2k and updated all da drivers and all but when i open it up it says conected but it doesnt show the files. So i click update then it says Receiving File List.... Fail! I dono wat to do.. if anyone can help out i would deeply appreciate it.
what kind of phone is it and how are you connecting it to the PC? I had the occasional error with it because it can not connect if you have the process wrong. I forget which it is so try both. Try starting Motorola Phone Tools first and leting it make the connection, then while it is connected bring up P2K Manager and start that. well it says connected, but it doesnt show the files of the phone or anything also it says volume something fail.. i have v3c razr. wenever i clik on update file list it says the fail thing.
