It also saying on my cell "battery low cannot program". and heres some of the info on the screen...Boot Loader 07.B0 SW Version:R365_G_0B.D2.2 ER(whateva that means). Also do i need to have the charger plugged into it while im doing it? and where can i get P2k Tools?, i cant find it anywhere. thanks in advance from a novice newbie.

    Keeping reading the threads.

You need flash R364 to get the unlocker to work.

I can tell you the specifics if you like or you can read the thread that Titonel and Mossy had going in February for a step by step.

    PS
You need the P2K driver for a USB cable.
You need Motorola PST software to revert your phone to 364 flash.

Not reading the thread will cost you many hours.

    Good Luck

    BoBa,

I meant i'll try this on an XP. I plan on using pst 6.9.2 with 6.7 patch.

I also meant i'll have the power cord connected while I do this.

    Sorry for the confusion.

You also need an interface cable if u dont have one no matter what!!! Radio shack can help u out with that.

if you boot ur phone and its flash version R364. You just need to run motorola unlocker which u can find on the web.

to boot ur phone turn it off - then press * # and power together for five seconds.

Look at ur flash version. if its R364 then just run the unlocker.

if its not you have to downgrade it to R364 by getting the stuff below.

you need motorola multi flash flex which is part of the Motorola PST software.

SO look for PST 6.9.2 first and then pst 6.7 second out on the web. Youll also need the p2k driver set.

Load 6.9.2 first. Then overwrite all files it finds with 6.7

run the multiflash flex with ur phone booted.

    connect the cable.

if u get this far.. write again and i'll finish this for u .
