Dela nd I are mentioned in the liner notes of the new cd's he's releasing. he just got the masters back last week so it'll be a few weeks before we get it but it will surely be awesome. I have plans to help Bill get connected thru my brother in law who is a big wig at capitol, hopefully something will pan out.

P2P users are criminals. P2P users usually tend to live a violent life of stealing, sexual immorality, and bad behavior. Musician are kind hearted people that plant flowers and rescue pretty pink bunnies... only after screwing their "fans" over time and time again!! I can't count the number of times I bought a CD and only ended up liking one, MAYBE two songs. This is because after a musician gets that "hit" single, they know their fans will pay for any piece of garbage they put out and love it, no matter how bad the album is. So, musicians put out as many albums as they can to feed their greedy pockets. Sometimes you get these musicians that complain about how they only see 25 cents of each album sold. I could really care less how much they see from their album sales. If a musician has the talent then they don't need all the advertising to sell their album; the album will sell on its own!
Anymore music has turned into the business of advertising, not entertainment. There's nothing entertaining about spending 20 bux on a CD that's a piece of retarded crap.
I think the reason people don't care about taking the music is because the musicians don't seem to care that they steal from us. People will buy albums from good musicians, as long as the musician isn't a greedy b*st*rd.

I myself am a musicican, maybe not a pop billboard 100 star or whatever, but I do create music and I want people to be able to hear it. I would never be in it for the money because it is something I like to do.

Dela, you said p2p cannot be banned. I think that is true to a point. But what I was saying that here in America and perhaps other countries it will be illeagel to download p2p apps and also licensed content. The internet has baffled the laws because everything is foriegn. Someday they will make new laws to govern sharing. I think there will always be people doint it, but I also think there will always be people getting busted doing it. Anyways, I think we should all just try to enjoy it while its still here.

I dont think its a huge problem now because I am addicted to purchasing albums in the store and getting the full package and satisfaction of the purchase because when I was a teen we didnt have p2p and that is how I was raised. But just think, now you will have lots of kids growing up and using p2p to get all the music because they can spend the money elsewhere and also they didnt grow up buying packaged retail albums and wont be addicted to that satisfaction of buying retail as we do. When these kids have grown up and p2p will go from the back row to the front row and will become just a way of life, that is when the movie, software, music, etc industries will start hurting. I dont know if you know this, but America is fueled by industries and there is no way they will put up with it once it reaches that level.

As for those in other countries, I dont think many of you will ever have to worry about this. Maybe Japan, UK, and a few others, although I'm not sure.

Ok there should be some sort of control on the net BUT it should not be controlled by governments and organisations of todays world! Most of them just dont understand how it works but pretend they do and cause chaos, wont it be illegal to use firewalls in some states in america soon?? That is a big example of what we will get if we allow todays law control the net!

Well it will have to be because they are already starting and if they dont, who will? There is fantasy and reality, what we want to happen, and what is more likely to happen.
