   Everytime after I hit the start button in TMPGEnc, I get the following message: "Can't Load P3Package.dll" Anyone know how I can correct this in laymans terms?

   sounds like you have an incomplete download for TMPGenc.. try downloading again and delete old folder, extract to new.
