packard bell mouse

    iv jus got a wireless packard bell mouse with dock. For 2 days it worked fine but now the light on the bottom doesnt come on and cant get it to work? help. Its chargin ok because the red charge lights coming on when docked. Thanx peeps

    press the reset button on both the docking station & mouse in that order as it sounds like a communications problem between the 2

    no theres no light on bottom of mouse, like the light sensor thing

    can you try different batteries if removeable??

    LoL mate that was it. the rechargables it came with are sh@t. Sorry to waste your time. Thanx for your help though

    If you go through batties a lot on a wireless mouse, try leaving it flat on a white surface. Logitech had or still has that problem.

    its rechargable batteries mate. Only had it a couple of days. Chrs though.

    the dock is the problem by the looks of it? any ideas. Im havin to charge the bats in a seperate charger. The charge light comes on but doesnt seem to charge the batteries

    if still under warranty take it back for replacement

    Yeh id rather fix it though. Need it for counter strike.lol It has power going through the dock, just doesnt seem to charge

    check to see if got power to contacts where it charges the batteries/mouse

    Yeh the charge light comes on, the contacts all seem fine. but just no charge. Tried replacing the rechargable batts but there fine

    there might be a fuse blown or a broken wire. take it back for replacement while under warranty
