Painfully slow transfer speeds with NGCdev 0.2a and Qoob Pro 1.3c

I'm getting speeds of 25-70 kbps, and based on everything I've read, I should be getting around 1800-2000 kbps. I have absoulutely no idea what my problem is.

My setup consists of the GC and my PC connected through a Linksys router. The subnet mask is the same and there aren't any IP address conflicts. I've used the same set-up numerous times on my Xbox without problems.

Any suggestions?
