PAL Divx to NTSC VCD

    Ok i have a PAL DIVX in 25.00 fps and i want to convert it to a ntsc vcd. I have converted ntsc to ntsc before. how would i go about switching between PAL and NTSC. Or do most DVD Players in the US actually play PAL vcds.

    It would depend on the encoder that you are using. TMPGEnc does it perfectly with the wizard. If you are using something without a wizard, just make sure its 23.97fps (or 29.97) 352x240 size.
