    Shauntay,

I agree... Piracy is appalling! If only I could work out how to get the DNAS from my original games I wouldn't even be on this forum.

    Ngentot! :)

@Ngentot to get a dnas off an original, make an image of ur original game onto ur hard drive then use a program called windip, use windip to scan the image and it will give u the dnas

I thought you can only get the DNAS with the Disc ID Utilitie when the original is in the PS2. I don't think it will work with WinDIP.

@mensa u can get a dnas id off an original, i do it all the time cos i got a slim ps2 and the disc id tool dont work on it, just make an image of the original and scan with windip, and it will say already patched and show u the dnas

    Well, I'll be! Thanks Shauntay.

Now I seem to have lost my original of Urban Choas: Riot Response... Lucky I made the back up!

Has anybody managed to source the DNAS for it?

    Cheers,
    Ngentot :)

Rogue Trooper & Urban Chaos IDs are available at backupscene (link in sig)

@spoony008: Yes, either one of those IDs is correct for WRC Evolved.

@shauntay: You're talking cr*p! When you make an image of a game the DNA$ info is lost, hence the reason you have to patch the image to get passed the DNA$ Authentication check. So you CANNOT get an ID from an image of any original disc. You need to use Disc ID Utility with the original disc in your PS2.
lol. If you could get IDs from making an image of a disc, then what would be the need to patch them?

@needs: Disc IDs are in the 'PS2 Online' Forum, which is a hidden forum until you register.

@mitch04: If you've already burnt any online games without pre-patching the original iso's with a DNA$ ID, then you will need to make an image of them, patch DNA$ with WinDIP, then reburn your newly patched iso.

@Farman56: ID for World Cup 2006 was posted on previous page, a few posts before yours, or you can get it from backupscene (link in my sig)

@shauntay: I have no problem with you trying to help people, but if you actually want to help them, then start telling them 100% factual information. YOU CANNOT GET A DNA$ ID FROM AN IMAGE BURNT TO YOUR PC FROM AN ORIGINAL DISC. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE. To get a Disc ID from a disc, you need to use the Disc ID Utility from Paradox in your PS2 & get the ID from an original store bought game. Also, your single ID won't work for every game. If you knew anything about the way DNA$ works, then you'd be aware of that. There is NO SUCH THING as a Universal DNA$ ID.
The only problem I have with your info is that it is wrong, and very misleading. It was info like yours that f**ked up the PS1 scene.
I've been coming here for a long time, and the reason I registered was because of all the bull-crap & mis-information that was being spouted about PS2 online & DNA$ that I wanted to set straight, so people were informed correctly.

ok ive heard mixed feeling about this 1. Can u go online with socom3 us navy seals???? if so what's the dnas. How many ppl can confirm?

You can't go online with the NTSC version, but you can with the PAL version. However, you will need to create a Central Station handle with a PAL Network Access Disc, and register your PS2 there.

You can get the DNA$ in this topic, or at backupscene

    It doesnt work...

It has TWO DNAS files, I've patched both with this Disc ID and others, and I always get the same 864 error.

    I've tried a DVD-RW and a DVD-R with the same results.

Are you sure that those Disc ID really works?
