PAL DVDR to NTSC DVDR??

    I downloaded a PAL DVDR and I need to know if there is a program to use to change the .VOB files to NTSC? How do I work around this? Thanks

    nero vision express3 or nve4 will do . dvd santa also works. there is also a handy little app called divx to dvd.
