    hey all,
ok, so i have an AVI that i wanna convert to DVD (this being my first time because i just bought a DVD burner) Anyways, the AVI is pal. so i convert it and everything i do all that because i know how to, and it works fine. I try the VOB files in a software DVD player after authoring and they work fine, audio is in sync. However since its in pal i can't play it in my DVD player. So i wanted to convert it to NTSC. Now, i tried encoding it in a different framerate (CCE) but that produced out of sync audio after authoring. I also tried using pulldown before authoring, but after encoding, that also produced out of sync audio. I also used an avisynth script that supposedly would change it to NTSC no problems, but this also produced out of sync audio. Does anyone know a way that i can make my AVI NTSC so that i can play it? (dumb america dosn't sell dual region dvd players like europe!!) Preferably a way after the encoding so that i don't have to re-encode the whole thing!

    thanks!

    Chris.
