   hi all!
   dvd recorder can read from pal and record it to dvd-r in ntsc? (or it can read from ntsc and record pal?)

   I would think such an animal does exist (otherwise how would we see BBC shows on PBS.)
   
   I've never seen one available at a price that an average consumer would want to spend.
