I want to convert and burn a sVCD file as a VCD. It all works quite well with TMPenC and Nero but one question remains: How can I see what format (PAL; NTSC; FILM) my file is. Does anyone know a usefool/simple tool to find this out???? Thank you

Virtually all software players should tell you the resolution and fps of the SVCD you're watching. If the resolution is 480x480 it's NTSC or FILM, if it's 480x576, it's PAL

For determining whether its NTSC or FILM, look at the fps -- if it's 29.97fps, it's NTSC, if it's 23.97fps, it's FILM.
