yes it will work, but you will need some new toys =) power adapter (can get it at fry's ) to convert from the usual 110 v to the 220 that the machine will require either a box that will do the video signal convertion from the 50hz to 60 or you do the fix yourself on the inside of the ps2 =) I use a US ps2 in europe btw =)
