PAL to NTSC format converter help

    Could anyone advise me of an inexpensive device for allowing the playback of PAL tapes on an NTSC TV - Thank you

    If your vcr is relitively new, it should have PAL playback. If it doesnt, the only way I can think of it is to get a vcr that plays pal and connect them together to record. If the vhs is legally yours, it won't be protected against recording.
