    Hey guys. I found a PAL to NTSC converter that will convert PAL to NTSC and vice versa for PS2. I converted one game. However im not so sure that this prog is the best out there. The screen was off centered. I was wondering if any of you guys know where i could find a reliable pal to NTSC converter
    thanx

    I don't understand why you want a converter. Any TV that has been made in the last 5 years should be able to display both. Most of my rips are NTSC (I live in England) but play just fine through my Sony 32". Is there a problem playing PAL in the US?

    Right, I had no idea. I don't understand though why NTSC tv's can't display PAL but PAL tv's can display both. Seems a bit bizarre.

    Guys;
    The pal tv you got is really multi systems(pal/secam/ntsc), it detects the signal automatically. Most of the tv sold in the states are NTSC. PAL/Secam video won't work unless using the converter.
    The really good converter is the VHS recorder by Aiwa and Samsung, but they cost around $500.00
