PAL to NTSC question

    Hi there...

    Can I rip a PAL dvd to an MPEG file and than create a DVD in NTSC format from this MPEG file?

    If possible software suggestions are welcome too.

    if you want the main movie only use avi2dvd it will do dvd to dvd and convert...its free...
