PAL to NTSC

    I have a couple of VCD on PAL that I want to transfer to NTSC to watch them on my DVD player. Is there some kind of software that can do this job? just did a search and found nothing about it.

    ProCoder from Canopus has a PAL<->NTSC converter builtin. Otherwise, you can reencode using tmpgenc. You'll find a guide on the subject on www.vcdhelp.com.
