PAL to NTSC

What do i need to convert a PAL dvd into a NTSC format?

Will the resulting converted video not still have that annoying jerky movement to it though?

There is a huge forum on this topic. Just do the seach on AfterDawn (pal into ntsc) and you will get tons of information.
