pal to ntsc

    if this question is in the wrong please no one answer it.i need to know if there exist a pal to ntsc converter again if this question poses any problems with afterdawn rules please ignore thank you from me and the lord of the machine

    If the video is in a popular format (e.g. mpeg, avi), then many programs can do it at encoding (e.g Nero Vision Express, DVDSanta, VSO, Winavi).
