My problem is that i tried to remove Panda antivirus from my computer and restarted it only to see that it didn't uninstall. I tried to delete the files one by one but it won't allow me to do so. It says the program is still in use. I went to regedit and same problem. Anyone know how I can remove this without reformatting my computer?
