I'm trying to unbrick psp. PSP was 2.82 firmware t-82 mobo. I have another psp with cfw 3.71. I tried Pandora's Jigkick + Magic Memory Card Easy Installer by touran 22 and crated battery and memory stick. Once i insert it asks to press x to install, it installs and finishes and says to insert regular battery and reset. I do and then psp does not turn on. Green light just turns on and appears bricked.

i also tried universal unbricker dc-3 , but after trying to install msipl.bin in step 5 memory stick becomes unreadable.

    any help would be apreciated

Keep trying, these are probably just 1 time problems that fix themselves.

The unreadable mem stick should fix itself, anyway, with another mspformat.

Thats because the battery's EEPROM is messed up; take out the battery and plug in the AC adapter and try.

Try changing it to fat12 (or just fat) then. I don't know how, but I heard that solves it, but I have no idea how to do that.
