pansat 3500 lights won't come on

I need layman instructions on how to fix this problem

 

Is it completely dead? Did you check that you have power at the wall, did you check the fuse inside?

 

I have power. Don't see a fuse but power is getting to board

 

I think I loaded something wrong

 

reset to factory bin and start over
