Your parents put them because there are stuff they probably dont want you to see. Hey ive got parental controls too and i am grateful for them because there are a lot of sick things out there.... what site would you want to see anyways that your parental controls wouldnt even let you in?!?!
Sorry i forgot to add something. You can request permission from your parent by emailing the site to your parents and they have to ok it. Also you can tell them to go to the computer and all they have to do is put their password in and that website will always be available to you. I hope that i helped.
