parental lock question

hiya,

i've put in the new software and everything is going well, well it was until i tried to put on the patental lock and forgot the new lock code.

does anyone know how i can retreive this code?

i'm kicking myself for touching the blasted thing, should have let my hubby do this.

my box is a eurovox..i think this one is either the red or black box.

this is driving me mad at the moment because i cant block out all the adult channels and my litte lad uses this tv...i feel like a commando watching what hes looking at on the tv
