partition 4 lost gonne....FIXED

a week ago i wipe my xbox hard drive and after trying several fixes (hot swapping, etcO) with not succes i did post to see if someone had a similar problem instead getting a good answer post was closed due to multiple post. did not know why. i only did post one time about partition 4 lost.

ok now this is how i fixed .(after headaches and even building my own eeprom reader with no succes).

when i was in xplorer i only see partition 0,1,2,3 and 4 wasnt there
so found in some forum that booting with slayer disk in a working modded xbox then unpluging the grey ide cable an plug it in the broken hdd turned on xbox and in then in slayer screen selecting restore hdd to factory.... ok .

then plug the hard drive back in the pc and opened xplorer again and wow!! partition 4 was recovered this way.

the rest was to put the new ms dash 5960 more carefully than the first time in partition 3 without touching 4 and was amaized that no error like cluster out of range were noted. unpluged the hdd form pc and plugged back to xbox.

and everthing back to normal.
