i have a hd with a partition and an OS on both drives (ME & XP). my question is: can i format the drive with ME on it then remove the partition while keepung the XP & all the files on that drive? if so, could someone explain how?
Get a program called Partition Magic (from limewire or something 'bout 50mb) and install it on your XP drive. Load it up and first format your drive then reallocate space to your other partition(s). When it restarts your computer a screen wil come up telling of its progress and what stage its up to, when its done your partition should be gone and none of your p drive files will be harmed.
