    hi,
just wanted to add more space to my C drive, taking memory from my D drive, i have Norton Partition Majic 8.0. I have seen the option to take some memory from D drive and add to C drive. Will that delete any of my documents or files?
    Just wondering.
    Thanks in advance!
    Any help is apprec.

Should be ok..defrag both drives first, and try to shuffle everything back on D.. It helps to have some idea of what is where, and there is quite a high risk of losing not only some files but everything on both drives... Back it all up first.

That really depends on how much there is.. As you are adding to the C: those files "should" all be ok. You need the new space to be contiguous really with windows (I'm a linux babe so life is different) or you will have troubles with out of space messages. Run partition magic and find out what the situation is, and where the partitions actually are.
Then defrag D: and check your options.. We need to get some clear space at the end of the partition on D: that is next to C:

The thing to ask is "Do I really need to do this at this time?" It's possibly easier to just make another partition on another drive and link it virtually. The only windows machine here has 3 drives in it, and boots from H:\
