password problem

Hi guys have starview box but when i press menu i just get the blue screen with the lifebouy logo on the right and small green rectangle in the centre asking for password have tried the usual 0000, 2004, 1968,but no joy any help would be greatfully received,thanks in advance.

 

Has anyone changed the password without you knowing ? I don't know if there is a code that overrides it. I'd reflash the box myself but wait for the posters in the know before doing the reflash like.

 

try 1668, I think this is the master code if you don't remember pin, might work

 

Hi Antoinette, you are correct 1668 is the over riding password, on the Starview.
