password recovery

    I use quickbooks pro99, I installed it on a new computer for an assistant and she cannot use it under her login as I get a message missing key, uninstall and reinstall software. Next I cant login under the administrators password on the admin login only under the users password. Is there a program which would allow me to recover the admin password and what do I need to do to run the software under the assistants login?

    Download Hiren's BootCD, burn it to a cd-r, then use it to recover or remove the admin password.
