    Hey
    I DL the file you talked about (3550A_Memorex v1A4). It gets about 2 bars into the process and freezes up the entire computer. Something called a “flash failure”. Now what? I am becoming vary discouraged with Nero failures.

    you will get many errors because you have InCD installed..... it's a known conflict when burning DVDs! Uninstall InCD and then try it ..... you can also use the better version of Nero..... less buggy version, 6.6.0.18:

    1. save your serial #
    2. use nero cleaning tools after uninstalling:
    http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/en/Clean_Tools.html
    3. then do a registry clean up and reboot
    4. reinstall Nero:
    http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/software/Nero6/Nero-6.6.0.18_no_yt.exe
    http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/software/Nero6/NVE-3.1.0.21_no_yt.exe

    do not install InCD or do a update! You should be fine after this.
