I was having big problems with spyware, viruses on my pc. i removed them but when i get to the start up or try to open internet explorer, any movie or do anything that the pc has to work with it freezes up. trying to move my files to an external hard drive freezes up too after a couple of minutes. is there anything to do to fix it? moving the files in safe mode takes hours! i guess the viruses damaged some files but there must be something to fix it? thanks!
