ok when i open up any application that uses nero express, my computer just shuts down. Has anybody else had this problem? Im using nero 7 premium with windows xp.
Yes when I use nero express cd/dvd copy from my dvd player to burner the program starts than immediatly shuts down the computer and re-boots. I'm using nero 6 oem version 6.Seems like I didn't have this problem untill I installed freebyte back-up program.I removed all of that program plus nero and syarted all over.Still does thew same thing in express cd to cd copy from one player to burner.Check my thread on this for more info, but as of yet no fix has been given. Hope some one knows this one.
