Hi, I wondered if anybody could help me with this slight problem. Each time I start up the computer after it has been shut down, I can't connect to the internet or start up any big programs for about 5 minutes. This isn't that big a problem but it would be nice if it could be fixed. Cheers, Andy
you might have a lot a programs opening on startup slowing your compter right down, if u have try closing them so they don't start on start up.
maybe a corruption in one of your applicatoin programs or windows itself. you prolly also experience dropped connections and other memory errors and so forth. if so, no real help other than maybe upgrading windows or reinstalling. but you can't reinstall explorer. don't try. windows will crash if you try to just reinstall windows without formatting your hd first unless you're a pro.
