pc question????

when i turn on my desktop pc. it make one short beep sound from inside the tower. and the window load fine..is it normal to hear that beep.. I am confuse cause my other comp doesn't make a beep sound... any input will be appreciat. Thanx

 

The beep is normal. On some newer motherboards, you don't get the beep. I don't get one, at boot up, with my Asus P4C800-E Deluxe motherboard.

you should only be worried if it should beep but doesnt.

thats when you have a problem

 

mine dosent beep either....but a board that should beep will be seen in manual at the manu. site...look there....when it beeps and it shouldnt it wont even start.......peace
