my computer just randomly shuts down and it seems its in standby mode but nothing works it just shuts down and now it does it like every 5 minutes as i cant even boot to windows now...plz help what would cause this??
It sounds like it could possibly be a virus, ive heard theres a virus that does that, im not sure... try booting in safe mode and run a scan if you can, if you dont find anything, check your hardware, loose cables, broken cooling fans, Do you leve your computer on constantly? That can cause it, eventually by damaging hardware slowly.
