Hi.. Every time I try to burn avi/xvid to dvd or vcd using nerovision my pc reboots during conversion. Im using Nero 7 Premium. Ive disabled the automatic system restart in the system properties tab but its still doing the same thing and Im no further forward. Heres the complete log for the last one. Can you post your computer specs? Encoding video is very CPU intensive. Sometimes, it causes an overheating situation. Check and make sure [bold]ALL[/bold] your fans are working. Double check the CPU fan!

The fans could be something to do with it. Got a setup notepad after the latest crash saying theres a prob in system 32 with Pcouffin-a vso driver. Apparently worms can disguise thereselves as this and can cause crashes. Done all the scans picked up a virus a few days ago on a limewire download.Norton got it. But registry may be affected.Getting it looked at. However I think you could be right with the fans cpus overheating I think Gets a lot of use.
Do you shut down at night? Might want to shut down and let it cool off good. Then try. If it does it after some use, it's almost a positive over-heating problem.
