pc runs really slow pls hlp me

all the sudden it just started running really slo it saws i have 39%of my mem used acording to the widget i have for mem how do i free it up??

and that will free up all my mem??
your telling me that 4 monitoring widets is using up 40% of my mem?

 

You should lookup what processes are what: http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/services.htm

Also, high memory use comes from your browser also (Firefox taking several hundred mB of memory, depending on what you're doing with it)

 

how do i check exactly wut is using ram now ??

i used norton ghost to reset the whole pc i made a state b4 it got screwie but ty alo
