to connect to the tv with my computer what do i need? all i need is the svideo cable? can some1 plz help me
Assuming your Graphics card has S-Video out, and your TV has S-Video in, that's all you should need. Remember to set the appropriate region in your graphics control panel (PAL/NTSC/SECAM)
okay but one more question how do i find the graphics control panel and how do i know the name of the card on my computer? thankz
go to your device manager, and look under display adapters. Which one you have decides how you get to your graphics settings.
okay i got that just how do i know wich one is the s video thing in the device manager(is it under system devices?).and do i need to instal a driver or something cuz its from an old computer and i just put it in yesterday .
right click ur desktop then click properties, go to settings tab click advanced, then click adapter tab and then click properties....just another way to get into your display adapter properties . edit: when you get into advanced you should see a tab for your adapter...like for me i have a tab that says geforce 6100 and there are some settings there.
its not there how do i show hidden devices? okay i found it i need to install the driver but it says its nor recommended if i click change and install will it chane to the tv right away?
How old's your PC? I'd go with 98 over Me every time. When i upgraded to Me I hated it so much I went back to 98 again, nothing worked!
works great for me cupple months old (i got it custom made and added windows ME is a sony vaio by da way)
I can't name a single person who's found Windows Me as anything other than completely useless, so your reliance on it is baffling. why do you think XP came out so shortly after?
