I bought an S-Video cable and connected it from my computer's graphics card (nvidia geforce4 mx 420) to the tv. The picture on the tv screen showed up fine, however there would be periodic refresh lines on the tv about every 2 seconds. I set the refresh rate for the output to be 60 hz because thats the only rate it allows me to choose.

also, i connected a converter which converts from 3.5mm audio to 2 RCA audio cable. when i connect this to the TV, there is a droning sound which I do not know how to stop. my audio card is intel integrated audio. i connected the audio converter to my portable cd player and there was no drone, so i think it has something to do with my audio card.

Does anyone know how to fix these things?
