beginner here. I have an avi file which I need to get onto a vhs tape. I have the necessary hardware but do not know if I have to convert this file into something else like mpeg or what and what software program is the best. I have Studio8 but it only will only handle files it has created ie "stu" projects. Any help appreciated.
All depends on your equipment. If your capture card supports analog output, then you can go from there to your VCR.
Yes I have TV out support. So, what are you saying. I play my movie from PC back to TV and tape from there. Makes sense to me. Thanks.
