I have written several backups of several movies without a problem.But a very strange thing occurs sometimes.i burn a dvd ,which plays perfectly on my pc but when i play it on my xbox ,i get artifacts from about the middle of the movie.This is really annoyin .Anybody an ideo of what could be the cause of this problem. i haven't tried my backups on a normal standalone dvd player yet... Well that problem is Common some with Backups..I believe it is caused for Errors on the Disk..Some Players Might pickup the error andf some others Will not Pick them up..I have a Few Movies when Played on My New sony DVD player have these Colored Block Artifacts and ruin the Picture but on my Cheapo Electrohome Player will play the disk Fine...I was under the Impression that the XBox didn"t Play Burned DVD"s unless you have a Mod chip of some sort...Cheers PS: you Might try Burning at a lower Speed and to use Top Quality Disks to burn on...
