Hey I recently got my PC shipped to me from home. I'm stationed in South Korea. When I got my PC the power supply was a little banged up. So I turned it on and hooked everyhting up and when it booted up, nothing shows up on the screen and the dvd-rom drives make a noise like their going to open and just keep blinking. It would open halfway and make a clicking noise like it was broken, but when i took out the video card it worked fine, both of them. It seems to me like the power supply isn't giving enough power to all the components.

Do you think this is what it is? Or could it be another one of my compenents? Any help wuld be appreciated.
