Does anyone know where I can download a pdf program which allows me to 'print' using it (Print from one pdf to create a new pdf with only the selected pages)? I have adobe reader, but I cannot seem to print with it. I can only 'Print' using PDF excahange, any help would be appreciated. I have pdf exchange but apparently my it is only a trial licence, because after I print it, it has 2 logos say (Buy Now) on the top of each page, so I am looking for a freeware program that does the same job.
