peer guardian 2

hello all. been using pg2 for a while now but now when i go to update it i says error contacting URL. does anybody know what this fault is. it has been happening for a day now and yesterday it said i was blocking 0 ips. but now im blocking some but still cant fully update. thanks

 

Is it only happening when u try update peerguardian or when u try open the program?
