    I'm just wondering, Is the Pentium 4 Extreme Edition with Socket 478 compatible with the Sony VAIO PCV-RS620G

    P4EE CPUs are compatible with other socket 478 boards as long as the bios recognize it.

    YES IT ILL will due that vaio supports 800mhz fsb i think is a socket 478 the same as the p4 ee so it should run without a problem
