    Hey all,
Just like to know your opinions on DUAL ram setup. My previous motherboard P4P800Deluxe which has now died supported DUAL ram setup; now i've got a P4P800S-X which does not support DUAL ram setup. Just wanted to know what kind of performance decrease i should expect?

    My Specs are:-
    P4 3.0ghz Northwood
    Asus P4P800S-X
    2 x 512MB DDR400 Samsung RAM
    Antec 480W PSU
    Leadtek Winfast Analog TV Tuner
    Creative SB Live 128 Soundcard
    Gigabyte 6600GT 128mb AGP
    Seagate 60Gig IDE 7200RPM
    WD 8M 80Gig IDE 7200RPM
    Seagate 8M 160Gig SATA
    Pioneer DVD-Rom
    Pioneer 109 DVD-RW

DDR2 has higher data transfer rates, 4-bit prefetch, higher clock speeds, crappier CAS Latency, and less voltage(be savin a buck or two on them bills lol)
